This policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service.Strictly Prohibited Content
Defapi maintains a zero-tolerance policy for content categories that present severe safety, legal, or payment network risk.
- Non-consensual intimate content, including deepfake adult content, sexual images, or NSFW material involving a real person without that person's clear consent.

- Terrorist propaganda, graphic mutilation, extreme violence, instructions for violent harm, or content that celebrates severe physical abuse.
- Hateful, dehumanizing, or discriminatory content targeting protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
Identity, Public Figure, and Rights Restrictions
Users must not use Defapi to mislead others, violate publicity rights, or create materials that enable identity fraud.
- Misleading or defamatory depictions of politicians, public officials, celebrities, or public figures, including election-related manipulation or false endorsement.
- Impersonation of any person, organization, brand, government body, or payment entity in a way that could mislead, defraud, or harm others.
- Generation or alteration of passports, IDs, licenses, seals, invoices, financial records, payment screenshots, or other materials that may enable fraud.
AI Abuse, Security Evasion, and Intellectual Property
Users may not attempt to defeat safeguards, abuse model access, or use outputs in ways that violate intellectual property rights.
- Attempts to bypass moderation, content filters, rate limits, security controls, abuse detection, or payment risk controls.
- Prompt injection, jailbreaks, obfuscation, encoded instructions, chained prompts, or other techniques designed to evade safety policies.

Risk-Based Compliance Review and Enforcement Rights
To protect users, payment channels, and third-party providers, Defapi applies a risk-based compliance approach to detect and respond to abuse.
- We may review account activity, request metadata, payment activity, provider notices, abuse reports, and reported or suspicious content using automated signals and manual review where appropriate for safety, fraud, AML, KYC, and compliance purposes.
- We may throttle requests, block specific prompts or outputs, revoke API keys, or restrict model access without prior notice.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts, close workspaces, preserve evidence, and report unlawful activity to payment processors, providers, or competent authorities.
- Accounts restricted for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or violations of this policy may be ineligible for refunds of unused credits or remaining balances where permitted by law.
Payment, AML, and KYC Compliance
Payment activity must be lawful, transparent, and consistent with payment network and processor requirements.
- We may request additional verification for high-risk, high-volume, unusual, or disputed payment activity, including AML and KYC checks.
- Fraudulent payments, unauthorized card use, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, or attempts to conceal the source of funds are prohibited.
- Users may not resell credits, launder funds, split transactions to avoid review, or use the Service in jurisdictions or sectors prohibited by law or our payment partners.
User Responsibility and Indemnification
Users are responsible for how they use Defapi and for the downstream use of generated content.
- You are solely responsible for your inputs, API calls, generated outputs, publication, distribution, and any consequences of using the Service.
- If your violation causes Defapi to face claims, fines, penalties, chargebacks, processor fees, investigations, or litigation, you agree to indemnify and hold Defapi harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- You must also comply with applicable third-party AI provider policies, payment processor rules, card network rules, and laws in the jurisdictions where you operate.
